2004

We have performed repairs of seven floors in the dormitory of Saint-Petersburg State University on total area of 4 000 m².

2005

Our Company has repaired the premises for the entertainment and canteen complex of SPbGU on an area of 1 500 m²;

Repairs of six entrances in the dwelling house of the HOA „House in Telman Street“ were carried out. Total area is 800 m²;

Repairs of one floor in the dormitory at the address: 65, 5th line of V.O. Total area is 550 m²;

Our Company was a general contractor during capital repairs at the address: 25 Shevchenko Str. Total area is 5 000 m².

2006

„Turnkey“ repair jobs on one floor of „Kievskaya“ Hotel were performed on total area of 600 m²;

Replacement of the heating system risers in the 1st building of „Kievskaya“ Hotel;

Finishing work in the sports and health improvement Complex „Olympus“ (Borovichi town). Total area is 2 500 m².

2007

„Turnkey“ repair jobs, including the utilities, permises of „Kievskaya“ Hotel. Total area is 900 m²;

Repairs of rooms in „Azimuth“ Hotel (former „Sovetskaya“ Hotel) with total area of 2 200 ì².

Finishing works in the „Olympus“ hotel , total area is 1 200 m².

Repair jobs, including supply network, for CJSC „Forus Bank“, total area is 300 m².

Finishing works in TC „Interio“, total area is 6 000 m².

2008

Finishing works and repair jobs in „Askon“ Ltd. office building, total area is 1500 m².

Repair of two floors and stairs of Children's home #27, total area is 1300 m².
