The Designing Department of our Company renders services on preparation of documents necessary for performing the building and assembly jobs in compliance with the customers? wishes and requirements of regulatory documents:

• Arrangement of separate entrances, replanning of premises, reinforcement of bearing structures, arrangement of openings in bearing and non-bearing walls of living quarters and non-residential premises.
• Designing of low-rise construction (cottages, small forms) including the following sections: architecture, design solutions, utilities, design, land improvement or selection of a standard design with correlation to the existing land plot.

Draft designs

• Design makeup: (if a customer wishes, he can order a stage-wise designing).
• Sketches of premises (conceptional design): volumetric layout and colour solutions of premises.
• Register of finishing materials: their amount, code numbers, names, addresses of their acquisition.
• Construction plans (working documents) with a precise correlation and dimensions of finishing elements.
• Design of utilities (all or separately): power supply, lighting, water supply and sewerage, heating, ventilation and air conditioning, fireplaces.
