Another type of services offered by our Company is performing the functions of a customer, which comprises:

• preparation of initial documents and permits,
• technical support of designing,
• engineering surveillance over construction work,
• acceptance of the facility for operation etc.

Fulfilment of the customer's functions is mainly related with major projects, whereas any client without sufficient construction experience needs competent engineering surveillance. Therefore, we are offering this type of services separately.

The main task of engineering surveillance is:

• Control of the stages and time periods for performing the work
• Control of quantity, quality and cost of materials used by contractor
• Quality control of the work accomplished by contractor in compliance with current regulatory documents
• Assistance to the customer in acceptance of the performed work
