using local finishing materials.

3. „COMFORT“ — comprises a complete set of building and assembly jobs carried out with observance of construction norms and standards using reasonably priced finishing materials.

4. „DE LUXE“ — comprises a complete set of building and finishing jobs carried out with observance of construction norms and standards, use of high-priced building and finishing materials, essential level of draft design elaboration with complicated exclusive elements.
